Amy Norman is a teacher who has taught in early childhood, primary, secondary and special education schools. She has a longstanding interest in human behaviour and has recently completed her Honours year in psychology (University of New England). Amy is passionate about equity in education and is planning to undertake further study to continue her research into the negative effects of implicit (unconscious) bias. Amy is particularly interested in researching how the effects of these biases can be reduced and in promoting the acceptance and celebration of diversity.
