Nida Shafat

Nida Shafat is an International AFL Player, VicHealth’s ‘This Girl Can’ Campaign’s Ambassador, traveller and trainee solicitor. She is also a proud Pakistani and Muslim woman who believes in breaking down barriers associated with religion and culture. She aims to promote tolerance and respect for others by raising awareness and discussion. Through her experiences, Nida hopes to inspire people to see that just about anything in life is possible and that all we have to do is take that first daunting step, do what works and get out of our own way.
